What is, then, Christhood? There are many who have looked at Christhood and completely misunderstood what it is about. First of all, there are of course the Christians, who believe that I was the only one who ever was or ever could be the Christ in embodiment. They have created a completely idolatrous image, whereby they think that I had the full measure of Christhood before I even took embodiment, before I even entered my mother’s womb.

This, of course, was not the case, as I have explained on my website. I had indeed embodied before that incarnation. I had gradually grown in consciousness, and even during my last incarnation as Jesus, I went through a process of gradually attaining and claiming my Christhood. And truly, it was not until the wedding in Cana that I dared to express it publicly—at least in the country that was to be the main focus of that embodiment.

Another misunderstanding comes about by the people who have gone beyond the official doctrines of the Christian religion, doctrines that are clearly defined by the fallen beings for the purpose of making me the exception, so that no one dares to follow in my footsteps. Many have – either through an ascended master teaching or through other teachings – dared to realize that I was not the only one who could attain Christhood. Yet many, even many ascended master students, have also misunderstood what it means to attain Christhood.

They think that it means some superior attainment that you have to acquire through a long and arduous process of initiation. They believe it is somewhat comparable to any skill you acquire on earth, such as the ability to perform certain sports or to perform any other complex task. Yet Christhood is not a PhD programme that one can follow from start to finish and then the result is guaranteed. Christhood is a highly individualized process.

There is no standard for Christhood.

Why is there no standard? For a very simple reason. For you, as an individual, to be the Christ means, quite simply, that you are the open door for your I AM Presence to express itself through you. And this expression happens through the Omega aspect of the Presence, the I Will Be Who I Will Be Presence. This is where your true, God-given spiritual individuality and identity is anchored.

It is not a matter of you – with the outer mind here in embodiment – acquiring some sophisticated skill or passing a set of sophisticated initiations. This is not to say that manifesting Christhood cannot be represented as a path that leads you from a lower level towards higher levels. Certainly, the path can be pictured this way. Nevertheless, the process of acquiring, attaining, Christhood is not the same as attaining some outer skill. The process of becoming the Christ in embodiment is a process of unlearning everything you have learned with the outer mind.

Christhood is not the same as spiritualizing the ego

Why is this so? Because being the Christ means being open door for the Presence, whereby the Presence can express itself through you, unhindered of any filter in the lower mind. Unfortunately, many ascended master students have fallen prey to the very subtle illusion promoted by the fallen beings, namely that becoming the Christ means creating a sophisticated ego that has taken on the appearance of a spiritual person.

If you look at the Christian religion, you will see that for centuries it has raised up a certain image as the ideal for how a human being should be or behave—if that human being is spiritual or saintly. Many ascended master students have built onto this and have created an image for what it means to be the Christ, to attain Christhood. They think that this can be defined through some outer standard, such as looking a certain way, walking a certain way, talking a certain way. Nevertheless, as the old song goes, “walk like the Christ, talk like that Christ” but this does not make you Christ.

I realize there is an old book, called The Imitation of Christ. And although there can be some validity to imitating a spiritual person, I must tell you that attempting to adapt your outer behavior to a certain ideal can only take you so far on the path—and it will not take you to Christhood.

Certainly, you can look at the world today and you can find many people who have a behavior or a way of life that is not conducive to any kind of spiritual growth, because it traps them into repeating certain patterns over and over again. So there can be value in for a time imitating a higher ideal, so that you free yourself from these worldly patterns of behavior. Nevertheless, if you think that continuing to refine your behavior according to some external ideal will get you to Christhood, then you are mistaken.

For there comes a point, where you need to recognize that as long as you have an external standard, there will forever be a gap between your current state of consciousness and Christhood. For the external standard can only be a graven image that you set before the true God of your I AM Presence. And if you think that you have to adapt your behavior to this external standard, you will also automatically think that the expression of your I AM Presence through you must also be adapted to this external standard. And thus, you will not be open door for the Presence. You will not be open door to the winds of the Holy Spirit that bloweth where it listeth.

Mainstream Christianity presents Christhood as something that could be attained only by Jesus. They say that because Jesus attained Christhood back then, the salvation of humankind and the earth is guaranteed. This is a misinterpretation of Jesus’ purpose.

Jesus came to give us a witness that it is possible for all people in embodiment to manifest personal Christhood. He also came to give us a systematic path to attain this goal.

Personal Christhood is the ONLY way for you to be saved. Saying that Jesus will save you is a lie promoted by the forces of anti-christ. Raising the planet beyond the forces of anti-christ and brining God’s kingdom to earth can only be done by the power of God, but this power can work only through people in embodiment who manifest personal Christhood.

Christhood is a higher state of consciousness, a state that is fundamentally different from what is called “normal” human awareness.

This definition may tell you little, and the reason is that it is very difficult to describe Christhood for people who have not experienced it. Imagine having to describe what a sunset looks like to a person who was born blind. The person has no frame of reference, no comparison.The deeper reality on this planet is that most of us have been brought up without ever encountering any expressions of the consciousness of Christhood. All we have seen have been expressions of the lower state of consciousness, which we might call human consciousness or the consciousness of anti-christ.The deeper reality is that Christhood is NOT a further development or evolution of the human consciousness. It is a fundamentally different state of consciousness. How different? As different as life and death.When Jesus walked the earth 2,000 years ago, he described Christhood as a state of spiritual life and he described normal human awareness as a state of spiritual death. That is why he said that only those who are willing to lose their human lives would be reborn into the eternal life of the Christ consciousness.

Jesus was a representative of the universal Christ consciousness, which is the consciousness sent by Spirit to help you transcend the consciousness that has created your own karmic return. It is the deliverer because it is the only way for you to transcend the very consciousness that has created your present situation. It is the only way for humankind to transcend the very consciousness that has caused them to collectively create the current situation on earth.

Christ then – or any true representative of the spiritual realm – comes to help you go beyond your perception, even beyond the conditions of the material world. What is it that Satan whispers in people’s ears that they must do? They must take the representative of Christ and force him to conform to their perception. But how can the Christ help you transcend your perception, if you demand that the Christ should conform to your perception or you will not listen to the Christ?

The essential realization here is this: the Christ consciousness is designed to maintain oneness between the Creator and its creation. So no matter how far a self-aware being with free will has descended into the consciousness of separation, there is still a lifeline, that can go with that being into that low state of consciousness and serve as that lifeline, whereby the being can pull itself back up to the oneness of the Body of God. There is no division in the Christ consciousness, as human beings create division based on the consciousness of separation.

We who are the ascended masters have attained the Christ consciousness. We see the oneness of all life. We see the reality that “Without him was not anything made that was made.” And thus, every form is simply the one Ma-ter light that has taken on that particular form. But when you see beyond the form, you see the Ma-ter light and you see that the Ma-ter light is an extension of the Creator’s Being, as everything is an extension of the Creator’s Being—for there is nothing else out of which to create.

And thus, when I look at humankind, I do not divide them into those who are good and those who are bad. I do not even divide into those who are pure and those who are impure. I do not impose any value judgment. I do not even need to evaluate based on the analytical mind, for the Christ mind is not the analytical, linear mind, that most human beings know as the only form of mind. The Christ mind is a higher mind, that does not see through the filter of duality, and therefore sees the reality that all Life is one.

Certainly, the Christ mind can indeed be direct, can indeed challenge the scribes and the Pharisees, can indeed call a spade a spade, or call someone for the “sons of the devil” in order to shake them out of their mental box. But what most human beings have not understood – and what even most ascended master students have not understood, and often will not understand – is that the Christ mind does not judge based on human, dualistic, value-laden judgment. For as Jesus said, “If I judge, I judge righteous judgment.” Righteous judgment is not even judgment as human beings see it from duality. Righteous judgment does not divide self-aware beings into those who are good or bad, those who can be helped or those who cannot.

The energy of the accuser interrupts the ascension spiral

If you are willing to see truth, then listen to the words, but listen beyond the words. Life is an ongoing process. Nothing is static. Nothing can stand still. You are either moving upwards in the ascension spiral or you are spiraling downwards in a negative spiral. There is no standing still.

Take note of the teachings given yesterday by Astrea, of the energy of the accuser of the brethren and how it was this energy, that started the original downward spiral in a higher realm. Those of you who have studied the Kabala will know, that there is a teaching that the judgment started when a group of fallen beings wanted to be the judgment without having the judgment tempered by mercy.

Well, mercy is not the highest understanding; neither is judgment, for both words have become too colored by the duality consciousness. Mercy is not mercy but realism—the reality of seeing that there is no impurity – no matter what level of vibration it is at – that cannot be raised back into purity. For no matter how impure a manifestation or form might seem, it is still the Ma-ter Light that has taken on that form—and the Ma-ter Light can always be raised back to its original purity, shaking off all imperfect images.

When you have this sense of realism, it is not possible to divide human beings or any form of self-aware beings into those who are good, those who are bad, those who are within hope, those who are beyond hope, those who can be saved, and those who cannot be saved. One cannot think that way with the Christ consciousness. One cannot think that way with the ascended consciousness. It is not possible. For if one thinks that way, one will not enter the ascension spiral. One will stay in a negative spiral created by the original fallen beings, who used exactly this kind of mindset to project their accusations upon the innocent, accusing them of having done this or that wrong and therefore being so bad, that they did not deserve to ascend as the rest of their sphere was ascending.

The essence of the accusatory energy is precisely this—the division into those who are worthy, those who are not worthy, the accusation that you – or you, or you – are not worthy. You are not worthy to face your God. You are not worthy to face your spiritual teacher or to go back to your spiritual teacher after you have eaten the forbidden fruit. And when a lifestream comes to believe in this unworthiness, then it falls into the downward spiral. And then it becomes susceptible to the epic dramas, which say that if you do this or that outer thing – if you belong to this or that outer organization – then you will automatically become worthy without having to look at the beam in your own eye. The beam being the decision that caused you to believe in the accusation, that you are not worthy because you did not live up to this or that condition defined by the duality consciousness.

Do you see what I am saying here? The false accusation is that is order to be worthy to face your God, to ascend, you have to live up to certain conditions defined by the duality consciousness. And when you believe this, you think that in order to fulfill those conditions, you must participate in some epic drama and bring about this or that change on earth, whereby you will automatically fulfill the conditions for your salvation or ascension.

And what is the epic drama in which you must participate? Well, it is one that is based on the idea, that there is a division between those who are saved and those who are not saved, based on dualistic conditions. And therefore, if you can then raise up your religion as the only one or condemn or judge these other people or kill them all, well, then you will fulfill the condition for salvation, and you will be among those who are saved based on outer conditions.
Ah, it cannot be done. It cannot be done. It cannot be done.

It is not God who wants to control your thoughts and your behavior. It is those who have attempted to set themselves up as gods on earth—or as the only representatives of Gods on earth. Inserting themselves as the High Priests of the temple – as the alpha perversion of the power elite – and the moneychangers in the temple—as the perversion of the ego, the perversion of the feminine, the omega polarity.

There have always been two main groupings in the power elite, in the false teachers: Those who pervert the expanding force of the Father, those who pervert the contracting force of the Mother. And in many cases, they have formed an unholy alliance, and this can be seen out-pictured here in Europe, going back many centuries. For go back to the song you have just heard, “King of Kings and Lord of Lords.” Well, that original statement was meant to signify that Christ is beyond any ideas and graven images created by the consciousness of anti-Christ. And therefore, Christ is beyond any authority on earth – whether it be the king, or the emperor, or the Lord, or the Pope, or the priest, or the cardinal or the bishop. It matters not, for Christ is beyond all of them. For Christ cannot be corrupted by the dualistic consciousness, Christ cannot be forced into a mental box created by the consciousness of anti-Christ—which is – as we have said many times – based on the illusion of separation, whereas Christ is based on the reality of oneness, the oneness of all life.

Which is precisely why I came to earth 2,000 years ago—to give people a bridge to reunite with their God through the consciousness of Christ, the one truth of the Christ mind, as opposed to the dualistic “truth” of the dualistic mind, the mind of anti-christ. And this work has not been in vain, even though it has taken 2,000 years to cycle through to the physical. You yourselves are proof. All those who have studied my website and my teachings on the ego, and our books on non-duality—you are our proof that they are not winning. We are indeed winning. And we were winning from the beginning, as Master MORE is fond of saying. For it is indeed the truth.

When you study Maitreya’s teachings on the spheres you will see, that it simply is not possible that the false hierarchy and those who embody it on planet earth can pull against the entire upward movement of the material universe. And thus, it is inevitable that the earth and the universe will be raised into the permanent perfection of the spiritual realm. It is only a matter of time. Yet time is NOT—for the Buddha. And thus, even though the false hierarchy think they can delay what they know is inevitable, yet they have not delayed anything. For time is the ever-flowing stream of the River of Life. And my beloved, in that stream nothing can stand still, nothing can pull in the opposite direction.

For everything must inevitably flow with the greater River of Life. It can only be the illusion maintained in the consciousness of the people, that makes it seem like a planet or a people can be outside that River, even going in the opposite direction. It is nothing but an illusion, my beloved, and you have taken a mighty action to shatter that illusion in the collective consciousness. Of course, more is needed, but this will come forth as we trust you will continue to make use of this tool of the broadcast as you see fit.

We look to you to see, that when Jesus made the statement “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father, but by me,” then this too was a test to see, if those who followed Christ would build that sense of superiority, would allow the ego and the false teachers to turn the movement of Christianity into one more religion based on the concept that this is the only true one. We look for you to acknowledge, that when Jesus made such statements, and others that are not recorded in the Bible, he was speaking as a representative of the Cosmic Christ, the universal Christ mind. And thus, when he said, “I am the way, the truth and the life,” it was the Cosmic Christ speaking through him. And thus the universal Christ mind is the way, the truth, and the life.

You who have been given a teaching, should not fall prey to the trap of thinking that you should turn this teaching into a system, and that system is now the only true way. For what is the true way? Well, it is the consciousness of Christ, the spiritual consciousness, the consciousness of the Divine Mother, of the Divine Father, and of the Holy Spirit, my beloved. You recognize, I trust, that this is the consciousness that is the Way. And it is the potential in every lifestream to shift its sense of identity, to tune in to that universal consciousness, realize that it is an extension of the One Being, of the Creator, and thus overcome separation and duality.

That, my beloved, is the Way. And that way cannot be followed, if you think that you have now found or defined some ultimate belief system on earth, and thus all you need is to follow the prescripts of that belief system until you are somehow magically saved at some future time. The true way is the Path of Oneness. Oneness with your higher being, with your Creator, with your spiritual lineage Above. And oneness here below, between people in embodiment, who no longer see themselves as human beings, but as the spiritual beings that you truly are.

That imbalance became so extreme, that it was deemed impossible by us that we could teach the ancient religion of the Mother again, without first going through an intermediate period of introducing the concept of God the Son, as the Christ, that is the mediator between heaven and earth. Jesus came to introduce that concept, and the concept – in its pure form that Jesus taught 2,000 years ago – stated that it was possible to reconcile man here in this world with the God above, the Divine Masculine.

And you will see that even Jesus had to play upon the image of the remote being in the sky, yet in his true teachings he gave the concept that the kingdom of God is within you, and that you can attain oneness with your Father and thus say “I and my Father are one” and “My Father worketh hitherto and I work.” Thus, you acknowledge yourself as a co-creator with God, when you truly understand Jesus’ teachings. This is the purpose for Jesus’ coming—to set the stage for a greater awareness of the need to balance the masculine and feminine aspects of God. So that when the 2,000 years of the Age of Pisces came to fruition, we would have a platform for reintroducing the reality of religion as the religion of the Mother, by recognizing that the feminine aspect of God is indeed All and in All.

Everything that Jesus has released up until this point has been a gradual and slow preparation for the reintroduction of this truth of the Divine Feminine, and indeed to restore the Divine Feminine in religion. And thus, it is, of course, Jesus’ hope, that this restoration can begin with the Christian religion. And certainly, if you look at the other two so-called monotheistic religions of Judaism and Islam, you see that they are even more focused on the male aspect of God. They are even more prone to suppressing women, not only in religion, but also in society, than is the Christian religion and the Christian world.

God the Father is not separated or distinct from God the Mother in the way you think of it, based on gender roles on earth. God the Mother is another expression of God the Father, and your role as self-aware beings in the matter realm is to awaken to the reality, that you are extensions of God the Creator. And thus, you can be the open doors for God the Creator to bring its kingdom into manifestation on earth. But you can be those open doors only, when you overcome the sense of separation from your source, from your Creator, so that you finally say, “I and my Creator are One.” And you recognize that you were never separated in reality.

If God is infinite, it must mean that the Creator is everywhere, so how could you ever be separated from the Creator, separated from your source? It cannot happen, except as an illusion created in the mind that is based in separation. So you see, how this relates to the topic of restoring the Divine Mother, the Divine Feminine. For in order to walk the path of Christhood, you have to overcome the illusion that the Divine Mother – that the feminine aspect of God, that the matter realm – could ever be separated from the Father, the Creator.

You then become the open door for spreading that truth to others, for giving that life-giving truth to others, that they too might be awakened, and realize that they are extensions of God the Father. But when they attain union with that God the Father, then they become God the Mother, they become the representatives of God in the matter realm. And thus you become the Father-Mother God in embodiment. You become the union of the Father-Mother God right here in this realm.

This is the role of the Christed being. This, my beloved, is the true path to Christhood. There are levels of the path, but as you go towards the higher levels of the path to Christhood, you need to integrate the Father and Mother aspects of your being. You realize that your lower being – the identity you have built in order to express yourself in this world – needs to come into oneness with God the Father, whereby you actually become God the Mother in the pure sense of God the Mother.

And my beloved, what is the Christ mind? Well, it is what the Bible calls the WORD, but it is more than the WORD. So let me now read to you the beginning of the Gospel of John as it appears in the official scriptures:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

My Beloved, this official version of the scripture is indeed the version that was meant to be released for the multitudes in the Piscean age. But if you will read carefully, you will see that it embodies a certain room for interpretation, a certain duality, a certain uncertainty. And this is indeed by design, for it gave humankind a specific test. And that test was the essential test of the Piscean age. And I shall return to what that test is in a moment.

But what I want you to ponder here is that the very formulation of the beginning of the Gospel of John has given the official Christian churches a justification for putting me on a pedestal, making it seem like the outer, the historical, person of Jesus is synonymous with the WORD, is synonymous with God, is synonymous with the WORD incarnate, the WORD made flesh. For indeed, the Gospel of John talks about the WORD and talks about the WORD as if it was a person, calling the WORD “he.”

This is what has allowed the Christian churches to focus on the outer person, the historical person, rather than seeing that there is a deeper meaning behind it. And certainly, there are other statements that I made deliberately to give them the test of whether they would look only at the literal, surface interpretation or whether they would go beyond it and realize the true inner message that I came to bring.

Some of you will know that what in the Bible is called the WORD is a translation into English of a Greek word that could more correctly be translated as “LOGOS.” And what is the LOGOS? Well, it has different interpretations. But no matter which interpretation you go by, it is very clear that the LOGOS is far more than one single person. You cannot confine the LOGOS to a single person. But because the “Word” did not have the same interpretations, it has been possible for the churches to interpret the Word in such a way that it seemed to be only one person who ever had been and ever could be the Word incarnate.

So let me now reread the gospel of John with a different translation:

In the beginning was the LOGOS. And the LOGOS was with God and the LOGOS was God. The LOGOS was in the beginning with God. All things were made by the LOGOS and without the LOGOS was not anything made that was made. In the LOGOS was life and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness and the darkness comprended it not.

The LOGOS was the true light which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. The LOGOS was in the world and the world was made by the LOGOS and the world knew not the LOGOS. The LOGOS came unto its own and its own received it not. But as many as received the LOGOS to them gave the LOGOS power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on the LOGOS.

When you see this particular translation, and when you understand that the LOGOS is far more than one person, you can see that the deeper meaning of the gospel of John is that there is something beyond this world, something beyond the dualistic mind. And that is, truly, what is meant by the WORD, by the LOGOS.

This is something that cannot possibly be confined to one person. For is it not clearly said that without him, or without the LOGOS, was not anything made that was made? Well, how else can that be interpreted than saying that the LOGOS is in everything. For if nothing was made without the LOGOS, how could anything be separated from the LOGOS?

The LOGOS is in the world, and the true meaning is that the world comprehends not the LOGOS, because the world does not see that it is made out of the LOGOS and that the LOGOS is inside every human being, and indeed everything that was made. The true meaning is that I did not come to this earth to be raised up and glorified beyond all human beings. I came to exemplify the inner oneness with your own source, with the LOGOS, and thus help all people discover the LOGOS in themselves.
