What did Jesus really teach back then? |
| East is East and West is West, and the Twain Shall Indeed Meet |
| I,
Jesus Christ, kneel before God in you A very moving message from Jesus, in which he kneels before God in every one of us and admonishes us to be who we are and bring the gift we came to bring to Earth. He also calls for us to form a new movement of spiritual freedom that will change the way people look at religion. |
It is stated in the New Testament that when Jesus taught in front of the "multitudes," he used parables. Yet when he was alone with his disciples, he expounded all things to them. If you are willing to read between the lines, this demonstrates that Jesus was a sophisticated spiritual teacher who adapted the presentation of his message to the level of consciousness of the audience he was facing. He did not cast his pearls before swine in the sense that he did not give his higher or inner teachings to those who did not have enough spiritual maturity to appreciate them. What you find in the mainstream Christian scriptures are a lot of Jesus' parables and only a small selection of his "inner" or mystical teachings. Yet we also see that Jesus would sometimes give a deeper understanding of his parables to his disciples. Thus, a realistic assessment makes it clear that Jesus' inner teachings were most likely never written down and thus are not known to or taught by the majority of Christian churches today. The question now becomes whether you are satisfied with the outer teachings of Christ, the ones adapted to the level of consciousness that most of the people Jesus encountered were ready for 2,000 years ago? Or would you rather have access to the inner mystical teaching that Jesus gave his disciples back then, and even the more advanced teachings he is offering those who "have ears to hear" today? If you only want a watered-down version of the outer teaching, don't waste your time on this website. You will only end up with an upset stomach, for this is not your grandfather's Jesus. Yet if you want the inner, timeless, universal message of Christ, this website is a treasure-trove that gives you greater insights into Jesus' true, inner teachings than any other source available today. You will find these teachings everywhere throughout the website. Surely, they are expressed in a different language than you might be used to from the Bible or from the pulpit, but do you really think Jesus would say exactly the same today as he said 2,000 years ago? Don't you think Jesus is capable of updating his message in sync with humankind's growing knowledge and expanding consciousness? What you find here is not the Jesus of old, but the Jesus of the modern world. |
No other
book contains so many revolutionary ideas about the Christian religion
and the true meaning of Jesus' mission and message. This is far more
thought-provoking than The Da Vinci Code.
